Annual Assessment Updates
Each academic program will submit an Annual Update Report to track progress on the implementation of the assessment plan. A sample report and forms are provided below.

Upon their submission, the Annual Update Forms are reviewed in the Office of Assessment Services. A standardized checklist is used to provide feedback to academic programs on their assessment efforts. The feedback focuses on four main areas of the assessment process; methods, learning outcomes, evidence and use of results. See the Annual Update Checklist form above for the specific criteria used in the review.
The Annual Assessment Update Report summarizes the current year's review results along with the previous four years of data. Reported results include the percent of criteria that were met as well as the percent of programs that met the criteria in each of the four sections
