NIU College of Law Announces 1st Annual Hellene & Edward Fioretti Award

DeKalb-Northern Illinois University College of Law presented the first Fioretti Graduation Award at its 2003 Commencement.

Named in honor of Helene and Edward Fioretti, the parents of Bob Fioretti (Fioretti, Des Jardins & Rada), a 1978 graduate of the College of Law, the Award recognizes the graduating senior who received the highest grades for coursework in professional ethics.  It has a value of $250.00.

Jerry John Byerly, a 2003 graduate of the College of Law, received the 2003 Award.  Byerly served as the 2002-2003 Managing Editor of the Northern Illinois University Law Review.
