United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit will convene at NIU College of Law

DeKalb – Northern Illinois University College of Law is proud to announce that The United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit will convene and hear oral arguments in the Francis X. Riley Courtroom at the NIU College of Law on Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Following the arguments, an informal question and answer session will be held by the attorneys and then by the Justices. Afterwards, a reception will be held in the Thurgood Marshall Gallery.
The Court will hear three arguments: United States of America v. Lee A. Wilson; Office of Professional Employees International Union, Local 95 v. Wood County Telephone Company; and Ralph Ovadal v. City of Madison.
