NIU Law Dean to Give Keynote Address

DeKalb -- Northern Illinois University College of Law Dean LeRoy Pernell will be the keynote speaker at the 4th annual Pre-Law Symposium at Western Illinois University.  His address is entitled “Detention Before Trial and Homeland Security.”  This annual event, sponsored by the college’s Honors Program, provides insight for students interested in pursuing professional or graduate school opportunities.
