Earn an associate's degree at Harper, then cap it off with a bachelor’s degree or certificate from NIU.

The following programs are available at Harper College, the NIU Hoffman Estates center, or other nearby locations and online.

• Geographic Information Systems (five-course certificate)
• Health and Human Sciences 
• Homeland Security
• Industrial Management and Technology 
• Liberal Arts and Sciences 
• Nursing – RN to BS Completion Program offered entirely at Harper College 
• Public Safety (BSAM)

Courses usually meet once each week, during the evenings or weekends or are online.
