KERBER, “Conference Rules, Part 2,” The Chronicle of Higher Education, 21 March 2008: 1. Convention Registration The advance registration deadline is March 13th. After this date, registrants must register onsite. The registration fee is $80.00 for everyone. Save time and register online. Faculty Session Moderators and Session Chairs Needed We are still in need of faculty to serve as session moderators. If you plan to attend the Minneapolis convention, please volunteer to chair or moderate a session or two by emailing Convention Chair, Gloria Hochstein at convention09@uwec.edu. A few more session chairs are also needed. Students serve as session chairs—most of which also have faculty moderators. Chairs are responsible for ensuring that all presenters have arrived, introducing the speakers in order, and turning the floor over to the moderator after all presentations are complete. If you are willing to serve as a chair or you know of another attendee who would be willing, please contact the Convention Chair, Gloria Hochstein, at convention09@uwec.edu.
