Chapter Annual Report

The Sigma Tau Delta Constitution requires each chapter to submit the Chapter Annual Report/Survey by September 30. As a reward, all participating chapters will be entered into a drawing. The winning chapter will receive a check for $100!

An email containing the link to this year's Chapter Annual Report/Survey was sent to each chapter's designated Lead Sponsor on August 19.

• Our new online report/survey is primarily multiple-choice and should take you only a few minutes to complete.
• There are a total of 15 questions on 3 pages: Chapter Information (10 questions); Chapter Activities (3 questions); and Sigma Tau Delta Resources/Assistance (2 questions).
