Call for Editors

The 2014 edition of Mind Murals, the Eastern Region's online literary journal, was recently published, so we are beginning the process of creating the 2015 edition. We are very excited to get started to produce the best issue yet.

We need editors to help us decide what will go into the journal. Interested members should contact Student Representative Crystal Stone at esr@wordybynature.org or Associate Student Representative Jeannette Schollaert at easr@wordybynature.org. Editors will receive submitted work in the appropriate category in early December after the December 1 submissions deadline. The editors' scores and comments will be due January 1, 2015, in order to provide enough time for the journal to be ready for the 2015 Convention in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

We ask that anyone editing in a category not submit to the journal in that category. Editors may pick as many as they wish.

The categories for editors are:

  • Poetry
  • Fiction
  • Art/Photography
  • Essays/Nonfiction/One Act Plays

Please direct questions to Crystal Stone, esr@wordybynature.org, or Jeannette Schollaert, easr@wordybynature.org.
