3. Summary (where we are, were we need to be by Jan. 25th)
   1. Are there resources that subgroups need (e.g., people on/off campus they need to discuss their issues with, travel to meetings, various publications—communicate that quickly to the Chairs)?
   2. Goals (1-3 per subgroup) should be formalized in wiritng
   3. Potential strategies and initiatives to solve these issues should be outlined (e.g., what are the exact activities, how would you prioritize these initiatives, etc.)
